It depends on the flavor but most are around 100 calories per serving. What is the sugar content? Again, it depends on the flavor but most are in the 16 gram per serving area. However, the Pomegranate and the Acai have 23 grams per serving. Kosher? Yep, our frozen yogurt mixes have all been certified Kosher. Dairy? Yes all of our frozen yogurts are hand crafted with fresh milk and freshly made yogurt. Can you cater a party? If so how much does it cost? Sure, we do them every week.
